In 2000 I left behind a successful career in corporate communications and human resources to become a freelance writer and editor because I believe that work and fun should not be mutually exclusive. Now I'm doing what I love and love what I do. When not writing, I'm usually on the road or savoring something tasty.  Based in Atlanta, I publish more than 100 articles each year, generally focused on the subjects of travel, food, wine and spirits.
