FAYETTEVILLE, Ga. -- Fayetteville Police recently served a search warrant on a local business that was illegally operating video gaming machines.

According to Det. Mike Whitlow, the Fayette Gift Shop paid people cash when they won at the gaming machines. Police also raided the home of one of the shop's owners and took several piece of evidence, including cash.

The case is still under investigation. Agents from the U.S. Secret Service, the Georgia Department of Revenue and the Fayette County Sheriff's Office assisted Fayetteville Police in the search.
